For anything not covered below — account issues, billing questions, bug reports, or feedback — email us at support@kratex.fit. Please include your account email and, if relevant, your device and app version.
Reset your password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your account email. We'll send a link that opens Kratex directly and lets you choose a new password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder — the link expires after a short time, so request a new one if it doesn't work.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Kratex subscriptions are billed and managed through the App Store or Google Play, not directly by Kratex. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, or to request a refund, use your device's subscription settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions on Android). Deleting the Kratex app does not cancel a subscription — it must be canceled through the platform.
Connect Apple Health or Health Connect
Open Profile → Health & Fitness in the app and follow the prompts to connect. You choose exactly what data to share, and you can disconnect at any time from the same screen or from your device's own Health app settings.
Delete your account
Open Profile → Delete account in the app. This permanently deletes your account and the data in it — workouts, history, presets, photos, and run routes — and removes your records from our analytics and subscription services. It cannot be undone. You'll be signed out automatically once it completes.
Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. If you have one, cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings so you aren't charged again.
Signed in with Apple? During deletion the app asks you to confirm with Apple so Kratex can be removed from your Apple ID connection. If you skip that step the account is still deleted; you can remove Kratex yourself under Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple.
